Security and access to these buildings were of extreme importance, particularly in the research areas. Programming included spaces such as: cubicle areas, managers’ offices, conferences rooms, lounge areas, kitchen and bathroom spaces, security rooms, scifs, labs, and classrooms. Systems that were commissioned were: HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, fire alarm, fire protection, and building envelope. The commissioning scope of services were: BoD review, OPR review, Design Review, Cx Plan, Site Visit Reviews, Cx Issues, TAB Review, O&M Manual Review, Warranty Review, Training Review, Startup Review, Functional Testing, and Seasonal Testing.
